Trend Footwear Limited is thrilled to announce a strategic partnership with Axelda Footwear AB to bring OIVIO FIT, a casual-functional footwear brand, to the Nordic (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Iceland) and German-speaking (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) markets. This collaboration, set to begin on June 1, 2025, is designed to establish a lasting presence for OIVIO FIT in these regions.
The partnership builds on Axelda’s extensive distribution network and deep understanding of these markets. It was formalised through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed in May 2025, granting Axelda exclusive rights to distribute OIVIO FIT’s casual-functional, yet market-niche footwear collections.
Starting with the Spring/Summer 2026 collection, OIVIO FIT will be showcased at prominent trade fairs. These include A+A Düsseldorf in November 2025, and the Nordic Shoe Fair in August 2025. Axelda will also roll out shop-in-shop displays and targeted advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility across these regions.
OIVIO FIT footwear is engineered to tackle the challenging weather conditions common in Nordic and German-speaking areas. In Nordic, long, cold and wet winters, while German-speaking regions often face wet, slippery surfaces due to frequent rain.
